Macarthur Coal, one of Australia’s largest coal producers, engaged Alisdair Blackman to lead the design and delivery of a new investor-focused website and a company-wide intranet to improve internal communications across geographically dispersed teams.

- Delivered investor relations website with rewritten content and full migration to internal servers
- Engaged mid-project to design and implement a new intranet for staff communications
- Conducted extensive stakeholder consultation, primarily onsite in Brisbane
- Managed both projects within a combined $350K budget and tight delivery windows
