FlexiGroup embarked on a bold digital transformation journey to elevate customer experience across its retail brands. The engagement began with the rapid redevelopment of financial application forms—streamlining a critical touchpoint to improve usability and conversion.

The core phase focused on the end-to-end delivery of five full websites, each designed to reflect FlexiGroup’s evolving brand identity and customer expectations. From UX and content strategy to technical development, our team led the transformation across design, functionality, and performance—delivering each site in quick succession.

Built on the scalable Drupal CMS and responsive HTML templates, the new digital ecosystem ensured a seamless experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop. This foundational work established a consistent footprint for future brand rollouts and positioned FlexiGroup for deeper system integration and long-term growth.
