Client: Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP)
Engagement: 6-month strategy engagement in 2019
Role: Strategy Lead (via Digital Rehab, subcontracting to IMA Management & Technology)

In 2019, Digital Rehab was engaged by IMA Management & Technology to help shape the Royal Australasian College of Physicians’ long-term digital transformation agenda. The strategy laid the foundation for significant investment in systems, platforms, and digital services—ensuring the College could better support its members, streamline operations, and deliver on its evolving vision for professional education and engagement.

Key outcomes included:

  • A future-focused IT strategy aligned with organisational vision and member needs
  • Identification of capability gaps and prioritised investment areas
  • Roadmap for transformation across infrastructure, platforms, and digital services
  • Executive alignment and stakeholder engagement across College leadership

Our services spanned:

  • Strategic planning and facilitation
  • Stakeholder consultation and alignment
  • Capability assessment and prioritisation
  • Roadmap development and investment planning

This engagement marked a turning point for RACP – setting a clear direction for digital maturity and enabling the College to evolve into a more agile, member-centric institution.
