In 2002, Zinifex formerly Pasminco approach Alisdair Blackman, then Managing Director of IXION Interactive to plan, specify, design, build and deploy a new company intranet. The intranet was purposed to foster better communication and information sharing across multiple sites.

In an effort to provide a point of difference and be at the forefront of continuous disclosure/reporting requirements of a public listed company, the new intranet was accompanied by an Investor Relations extranet – for shareholders, brokers, media etc to access.

Both projects were delivered within agreed timeframe and budget agreed and existed for several years until Oxiana Limited merger which has resulted in OZ Minerals.

Project Budget was $485,000 and project took 12 months to deliver.
